Parental engagement has been a motivating force behind our education system from the outset and remains essential to the culture of Focus schools.
Students have a strong sense of belonging and a feeling of ownership of the school, which we believe is due in significant measure to this parental involvement and support of the school. Throughout the years, parents have played an active part in supporting their child’s learning.
Parents are valued contributors to the running of the school, assisting in tasks ranging from event support, to school trips and fundraising.
There are strong links between parents and teachers with regular feedback and communication through meetings, school reports and student planners.
